The proposal brings out the characteristics of ‘living along the lake’, linking the park with raised pathways to allow the best usability of the area. A commercial street under the railway opens up the area to the city and outdoor activities floating on the river are the hub of this area. The new urban dimension for a contemporary dwelling for a multicultural and multigenerational society is made up of two vertical levels, the residential level and the community level. The indoor space is flexible to adapt to different needs.
