The park is designed as a multi-angular inviting open grassland with recreation areas, crossed by tree-lined paths. The paths, based on the footprints of the historic airstrip, are framed by tree boulevards, that overrun the border park to invite people in the park and enjoy the multiple activity fields. While corner local shops at park entrances act as anchor points and follow each other along a bicycle and pedestrian ring around the park, intimate green pocket gardens form calm oasis on the park-facing street curtain, to develop a living place with high quality of community life.
